They just judge the GUI or vote 4 the guy they like moar.

.Most os VBOTW are being voted for most likely the GUI and to the guy they like more... saw it already a few times... If the code is a bunch of Crap but has a nice GUI, i don't really agree for that guy to get more votes then the other.. After all programming is all about coding and not the GUI..
Yes, I want to try one more vbotw, however....Keep in mind this is Visual Basic Of The Week , Not GUI of the week, voting should be based on more then the GUI, but on the actual application itself.
