You should have tried to use overlay, and don't cover the whole gun.

Easy mod... Just some simple copy and paste anyone can do this.

Overlay is where you can actually see the gun textures with nobs, nooks and crannies or anything else. When you don't do that, you get this kind of mod, where it just looks like a red striped piece of playdoh/clay molded into the shape of an m16

Nice for first, next time try using overlay, or soft light, or something else.

I would say overlay or soft light, but you shouldn't even release it anyways... it's a C+P.
