PS3 Theme BG

So umm yeah. I wanted to help out by making a theme but, The theme creator program doesnt work for some reason. Anyway I made a bg for it From an old LP Manip I did a while back. Ill make Icons later, Im really busy now and schools starting soon. Anyway Yeah, The program doesnt work on my comp so I cant use this so I though someone can put this to use. Its 1920x1080 like it said it has to be on the thread of the ps3 creator, so there wont be any resizing issues. I hope. So yeah here it is.
