He meant that opened alterIWnet, but the windows title says 'MPGHnet' while he is on alterIWnet.

I probably gave a defective steam_api.dll, soz guys.
I just read antoher topic on the AlterIW forums, suggested to delete the old one, download the new updater and run it.
