Age requirement for PrePaid cards?

Im going to buy VIP, however they do not accept NX codes, im only 13 so I cant get a real credit card. I have to pay them through paypal. I get all my nx at blockbuster about 3 miles away. The closest place I could get a prepaid card is about 25 miles away ~_~. If I ride my bike there which I normally would, is there any age requirements for them? If I go only to find out that you have to be older then im really going to be upset. Thanks in advance
