How to place LTB file back in .rez file (help) Hex edited

Hi I just Hex edited an LTB file as Iam messing with some things and I found that I sadly don't know how to put the LTB file back in the rez file... I have rezxtract thats only for rez's and the other one I have is only for DLL files. If anyone could help MEGA THANKS!
