Start iw3mp.exe, after you choose the profile, use the ,,Start a new server'' option, and that's all.
You need to forward a few ports if you want to make a internet server. A lan server(hamachi for example) does not need port forwarding I think.
Rofl I mean to make a cracked server. My friend cant join this site and want to now it.
Use a cracked multiplayer .exe and do as said adove.
Set punkbuster to 0 btw.
