Yes, this is old, but never fixed. Z8 is not very big on fixing bugs.
Examples:
Type-89 bug on Black List for male characters.
QBZ-95 and Uzi bug with any character and force.
Officer hat purchases in the Item Shop (When you look at the details of the officer hats in the Item Shop, you will notice that it says it costs SP, instead of ZP).
SPOP Scar Light and Shovel bug.
K-2 bug.
