In this article the Rob Barry of SearchWinDevelopmen*****m claims that the similarities to C# and VB r so close only syntax will remain. And in the end the syntax used will almost undoubtedly be C#. Sry Vb =D

@Why - not really a surprise there.
But I personally don't believe Microsoft would abandon the VB language.
It doesn't even make sense. 1/2 of the dedicated Microsoft Developers (that are proficient and not on Microsofts payroll, though those on payroll know most if not all of Microsofts Languages) are vb developers.
= NextGen wins. And Kallisti, why do you always post so much random shit?
Lol. no worries NextGen. Everyone here should know your a great coder.
Fyi: this isnt bye bye VB nubs schim... its more like hello xD. What Im pointing out is the languages are so similar, both relying on the same framework and CLR that the only thing keeping them seperate really is just the syntax now. That being said there's no reason to have two syntaxes for essentially the same compiled bytecode. But as NextGen says I guess its no surprise C# will win out, if they ever were to simply go with one language, mainly because a lot of old guys still like C++ and are used to C# style and don't want to change.
So it comes down to who's more stubborn and though I'd hate to say it, BlackAngel is more stubborn then Next xD.
BA vs NextGen gogogogo.
BA? What I miss
BA is the C++/ASM/C# version of you, as far as I know, but he rarely posts. ):

Ur Awesome too NextGen. Please don't make me choose between u two... =(
hmmmm BA actual Name? Cause I remember when I first started Obama pinned me against someone in a see who can finish a birthday trainer first, I finished mine as a console application, but neither myself or him was willing to get numerous proxy servers and implement them to make it work (i'm lazy sometimes )
@ Why06, would never ask, maybe bribe, but never ask
Unfortunately not here in MPGH.. C# only has like 5 coders seeing the section, and VB is kinda "over crowded" lol.
