the one who makes characters glow....

it's for rs.rez....so use this or chams..

Actually, I made the chams and character glow mods myself 2 years ago before they were released, so I do use those, but the fog still bugs me. It's fine if no-one else thinks it's a good idea. I can just do it myself when I have some time.

think your better off making em yourself..if anyone has made it i dont think theyd release ti just due to the high leech probability
