I was gonna buy NX...

Hey guys,

When I had $6 on my Paypal account and wanted to buy NX.
After I clicked "Submit" on the final page on the Paypal pop-up, I got this message.
"An existing Paypal account is on record for this Passport ID. Please, use the appropriate Paypal account until the reset date."

I never bought NX on Paypal on this account before.
So wtf?

I'm not copying what other people are saying. I just said that because Nexon did toke me 2 times NX from "SMS ticket charge" and althought that I've sent many tickets all I got were bot answers and no NX...

paypal fails even harder. paypal just made me wait a month for the confirmation of a payment. their only duty is to fuck up ur day
