1)Plase tell what libary on C++ should i learn to become a C++ smarter (or hacker) , I know its a lot to ask
2 ) Does C# help to makes hacks ? and good ones?

1) WinAPI's to start
2) If it helps with C++? not rly...
If you can make hacks with it? yes...

1. Learn the basics first, then STL, which has a high chance of being in any C++ book anyways. Then Direct3D for hacking.

2. C# is bound to .NET, i don't think it can make native binaries.
