d3dx9_43.dll not found?

Well, I just installed CA again... And was trying out the pub by Dave (I think???), upon entering I get that error message with the d3dx9_43.dll... Idk if I need to install d3d9 for the hack to work or not, and don't want to waste usefull space for something I don't need, so I am asking here... (ALSO IDK IF THIS IS WRONG SECTION OR NOT, IF SO SORRY)
