this works perfectly with almost all old hacks not just external esp but is there a way to make the game full screen again after the windows title is patched

yeah but this that would kill your possibility to use any external hack then, and as this isnt a fix for using any other hacks... dumb idea

How to use:

2. Check Disable Updates
3. Run MW2 in Windowed mode (alt + enter in main menu) .
4. Patch Window Title
5. Run External Hack of your choice or use one of 2 imported.

Wont load. I tried using The catalyst hax as it is less obvious... Why Aimbot and get B& 1 minute later when people start crying? Also, Tried running the .dll out of this hack and it was fail. Also tried running the multi hack I found on here and failed.
