You didn't find this glitch, A lot of people knew it before you, they just decided not to post it...

Anyways to get up there, you need to have a booster (another person) just have the person crouch under where the mutant is and have the other person jump on you and hold W+S and jump slowly (like how you would on those boxes at port) and jump only 5 times. If you jump higher, you will die. I do this alot with my friends in public games... ( yeah i'm noob )
