Help with scopes

Hi people i am trying to make a nice new version of thermal vision. i already got the image but i just can't seem to make it work in cod. can anyone help me with it i followed the scopes tutorial but i just wont work.

I really like the modding section it is really nice.

If it is not possible to edit the thermal is it possible to edit normal scopes with the tutorial of making scopes. i now have the image of red thermal with green lines and the persons are blue but if thats not possible then i wil ltry to make a normal scope. hope that that will work and hope that people can help me if needed.
