A question about a custom texture..

I was thinking about making a custom camo, or maybe a skin for the barrett, anyway..

Is there any tutorial or something showing how I could make something shiney? Sort of like how gold skins reflect a little bit, I just want to make a black skin or camo that's reflective..

Also, i'm planning on using Inkscape, because I don't have photoshop.. Is there some plug-in I need to make inkscape work for this?

To actually do it you need to edit the file in IW_11
