General
The only VAC disablers that won't get you banned are the private ones. and those are pretty expensive.

Hello!!! I wonder were i can get a good vac disabler so i can use the hacks? and do i have a chance of getting banned with the hacks (aimbot or like wh) even if i have vac disabler?

There are none as of now.
Remember EXTERNAL BOX V1.2 you can't be banned.
So if you like playing in windowed mode then try that.
