Premium means unbanned?

i'm banned on warrock like 1 year ago.
when i got banned i WANS'T PREMIUM!!!!
So I want my account back.
so if i buy premium i get my account back??
really need your help!!!

Usually this is if u are banned while being on a premium account, your account is basically suspended for 24 hours and later, after the premium runs out, is either banned or not banned depending on who banned you (k2 / punkbuster) and why.

I banned because cheats.
So if i buy premium now i unbanned??

Active = normal acc
Suspended = they are investigating / not sure if they will ban u
Locked = banned


Not sure whether u wont be banned, don't risk and make new account, 20 is not that high
