[SOLVED] Banned in MW2 - Play now on AlterIWnet but how?

Hi all,
I get banned from MW 2 but idk why?
Can i play on AlterIWnet while im banned and what must i download for play AlterIWnet.

* MP Rip (6.18 GB)
* DLCs Repository (961 MB)
* Move_Stimulus.exe (54,5 KB)
* Patch 3 (small)

Okay, but i already have Modern Warfare 2 on my Computer do i still need the "MP Rip" or just the other 3 fiels?
