This is an error given when attempting to log into an account that is banned.

Please go to the Z8games website to see the length of your ban.

Z8games time zone is the following;


ET: EST: Eastern Time (USA & Canada).* What's the time now in EST? ( EDT in Summer)


When your time is up, Log into the Crossfire Game client, this will "unblock" your account, you must perform this action manually.
