HELP please, i used the speed hack but i dont want it now so i eleminate it but my cf is really slow.I unistall it but still slow

You did a good thing by deleting the speed hack it significantly hinders proper usage of crossfire and other programs. I would run an optimization and cleaning program such as;

CCleaner;

Piriform - Download CCleaner, Defraggler, Recuva, Speccy - Millions of users worldwide!

Tune-Up Utilities;

TuneUp Utilities 2010

Run a virus scan for good measure, Make sure that everything associated with the speed hack and the bypass is deleted.
