It's an incremental upgrade from Snow Leopard, which is an amazing OS. It isn't going to be a complete overhaul like XP -> Vista was.

Mission Control makes it look like they removed Spaces.
I won't be using LaunchPad, Instead I'll stick with Spotlight and an App stack.

I am more interested in the non GUI related changes that they will be making.
