Private Match

hey guys! xD
i want to play Call of Duty 2 in a private match but without a LAN, i want to use the:
but the point is that after i created a new game(Start New Game), but not "Dedicated", and then give my IP address to a friend it didn't work!
He can't connect!

Any Suggestions?

Hamachi?

No-IP?

If no-ip, ports forwarded in your firewall & router?

Choose lan as server type and play via hamachi(easy way).

You can sure use no-ip, but you will have to forward ports and crap 2 make that work.
