What's the fastest way to resize 20 images to 126x79 MM

I need to resize some images to 128x79 Millimeters
Any suggestions?

Photoshop takes longer actually.
i was thinking more on the lines of drag and drop and i can just save a preset change.

use paint.net

paint .net
make a new one 128x79
and resize

ask 20 different people to do one each.

You said millimeters though. Can you give me that in pixels? How many millimeters are in a pixel depends on a bunch of factors.
