i cant see anyone

when i join a game i dont see anyone i tried to port forward and join the game again but nothing works any suggestions??

First thing you might want to do is FIX you Internet Connection. Try using a VPN Server, that also might help. My Recommendation to you is to switch your ISP (Internet Service Provider(People who you buy your Internet connection from))
