Probably due to hardware failure. You might have to take it in for repairing and hope for the best.
I have a Dell windows XP32bit computer and it's vista compatible. When I turn it on, it loads and then goes to a blue screen
0x00000025 blue screen.
I tried to start in safe mode
safe mode with cmd
disable error screen mode
and even VBS mode
I can't get past my OS loading screen without the blue screen.
help plz

Enable boot time logging and fetch your log with a live linux cd (any distro will do, I recommend you get ubuntu cause it's so simple).
And a picture / complete error would help.

Mr. Lonely: @Alen I like making you wet, it makes me hard.
According to MSDN, it means you might have new hardware installed which is not compatible with your OS.

If you end up having to reinstall windows (which I would do) just make sure to boot into a linux distro and get your files
