    What's with Black HiSec cases?

    I saw three people get permanent weapons in 10 seconds on that shit.
    I don't have screenshot to prove it.
    I accidentally deleted it.
    Then I went in game two minutes later and someone got permanent Viper.
    Man I'm jealous.

    I just did 1hour on ******s and did all the good ones i earned roughly 4.3k and spent them on 7 day artic wolf. I got about 489 nx left. fml should have spent them on about 8 black keys.
