    I can not remove it, he always says he must have admin rights?? and also, I try to remove it with the command line even with FORCE DELETE, I removed my antivirus. But he let a hidden file on the place where he was.
    Tumb.dll

    So its a Malwere DONT EXECUTE IT!!!!!

    on ur problem : maybe its Malware or autorun . use Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware to delete it
