Are you running on a computer with admin rights? I think error 6 means that it could not open the process.

I have a question where shall I extract the winrar and its not a run.bat or what it was It was only some click me is it anything I shall do I just did the mw2 in windowed mode then I extracted the winrar file to my downloads and opened clickme.bat or wth it was and it didnt work what did I do wrong?

What did the error say?
First extract it. Can't just run it as soon as you download it or it will say can not find the specified path or something.

If it gives some other error, go in game and change your resolution.

Any specified folder to extract I only havethose files in the hak (maps,python27, sprites , src, clickme.bat, config I extracted those to my downloads (not to mw2 file shall I do that or ?)

Extract the folder to your desktop.
That's what I did.
If you get another error, change your resolution in game.

Cant get it run ill try all resolutions but erverytime this appears in the cmd:
