ok :3 looks nice (was a little bit bored at ma job... got a prob with VS2008, it suddenly dont support the Active Directory in C# the included files arent there... fun when u cant reach it, and its ur job to use it guess ill be heading back to the SQL database wich has a inderective loop to it, doesnt work with importing images to the AD but ill figure it out...)

it got B&W for desaturation , but it got also a blue tint

Work on your smudging. Very short mouse strokes is the key.
If you want good depth in the smudges,
set strength to over 70%.
Don't be afraid to experiment with different smudge settings too.

I like the first one best. The last one is bad, her hair looks all boxy. The first one just has the best color in it compared to the other ones.

However, the random clipping mask that is over her chin is a bit distracting.
Lighting and depth are good.
Also for the text, I would replace the pink/purple font color to an orange like color. If you have a color theme, it looks so much better.

Here is an example of a signature I did a while back with good text in my opinion.

i only made one xD , the rest were made by kuro he was trying to illustrate different saturation when i told him saturating it is wont work lol
for the clipping mask on the sphere if u mean that its a part of the focal , well i was aiming for that xD , and yea u are totally right about the font

I mean like, it makes the image look flat and it's covering a bad part of the focal. Like if you made her chin go over top of it, it would look so much better.

Find the circle layers, Ctrl+click it to select the circle, go up to the top and click Filter > Distort > Spherize.
They'll look somewhat like bubbles, then you can blow with inner shadow and glow and such.
They'll look less flat.

They don't look too filtered to me.

I don't think he did that. I think he just brushed circles and used clipping masks of the applied image.
