It's better, but as stated before me there are several flaws.

The text is hard to read and just bad in my opinion. Text is a very hard thing to master, I wouldn't worry too much about it right now. I have been working in photoshop for over two years, and I still have problems with text.
Also, to make your signature ten times more appealing, I would put the focal towards the middle; off-center it. This will give you room to do more effects on each side of the render which will start to look better in time.

With the text, you're trying to blend it too much it seems. It's unreadable at this point. You want to blend it, but not to much.

The obvious flaw is the text just dont use text leave that out all together I haven't used text in anything since I figured out i couldn't use text
I think this is really much better than you other things but the background is blurred too
Much just blur the things far away not the whole background
