Your system 32 file needs to be reset. Originally Posted by kd9auu

You will be prompt with warning message. Don't worry about it, this cheat will take care of it. Some of the files will not be deleted, again don't worry.
Once you have deleted all you can restart your computer. This will create a new fresh System 32 folder. Then your msvcp100.dll problem will be fixed.
After that load up the program then load the game.
You should find yourself unbanned.
Play Safe
