Obviously this was his battle tag,
but after not receiving the c&c he was looking for,
he decided not to enter it.

If you have any doubts just look at the dimensions of the tag.
400x200 the same that I set for the battle rules.
He complained about the dims earlier in the thread
so why would he make a tag that size if it wasn't for the battle.
