Changing the HP,SP,and flag times

ive been trying to find the files to edit values for these but i cant figure them out

any of u guys know how

flag time is easy, just change controlpoint. Time, in the controlpoint. dat file, the file is in the maps folder, inside the map u want to change.

Now Seems To Be Hard After Editing It Cant Work Just Failur Message

It doesnt seem to work... but.. if it was to work it would be useful =)
