Buying Wallie Cards/Paysafe cards with paypal & accounts!

Hi all, I'm currently buying paysafecards & wallie cards with paypal, where I live I can't buy neither, and my credit card gets denied and rejected online,

I have enough money on my paypal account to buy these cards, I would prefer them to have over 5 Euro atleast, but they can have less.

I will pay double with paypal, I can also pay with Runescape accounts,pins,auths and Warrock Accounts.

I can get you wallie cards in literally 2 mins, its 2 min walk from my house, i currently have £130 in cash with me ( in house :P) but i will not go first. because you can chargeback, and i cant =( pm me how much you want e.t.c please.
