How to glitch on Soldier Front?

Whenever I play a normal free for all deathmatch on Soldier Front(It's a game by IJJI), someone is always glitching. I've watched tons of video tutorials on YouTube but they're all useless since they're made by 12 yr olds who don't know how to use a screen cam.

So if anyone plays SoldierFront and knows how to glitch, could you please help me?

k download a screenshot software and play fraps is good i dont know if xfire hack still works as it never worked on vista,
i suggest that you practice on the famous "green box" on the shang map
