This is how to get it work

Google:
ActivePython 2.6 32 Bit

Press im feeling lucky lol..
you should see the cnet download: ActivePython (32-bit) 2.6.6.15

Download it , Uninstall all previous versions of python..
Make sure you run CCleaner or anyother Registry cleaner software.

UnRar/UnZip the files in src.rar archive to anywhere you want.

In the same folder as you unrar it create a .bat file
run.bat or what ever you like to call it

put this code there:

@echo off
python launcher.py
pause

And you kinda done...
Run the .bat file to make sure everything is working.

but the python method , yes its safe to use.
but again, as i said before , every hack get detected at the end so...

Put it like this, if you get banned, you don't have to worry about wondering if it bans.
Right now the only way people are getting banned is by reports, you get enough cheat reports and you're getting banned.

By the way, It's VAC3 not VAC2.
