[CF] New Char (Robot N-22) and Weapons Only updated in CF VN. 11/20/10

Wow. I dont know but the Vietnamese version already has this new character called robot... (kinda gay). So cool that the Viet have this character first though. Did they create it or something ? cause the chinese and koreans and japanese doesnt have this updated character yet. So it is kinda cool.
