Actually, I'm going off what Zen said. We both play the 360 religiously, so setting up a tournament of a large size shouldn't be hard, seeing as though most members here have at least an xbox or ps3. Best time to do it would be during the Christmas vacation though, as we'll get a flood of members in.

Hold a day long Xbox/CA/PS3/WR etc tournaments, charge 10 bucks a person, 4 person teams and give out some prizes.

well if we lower the price, we have two options: Ask them to donate more if they can comfortably or have to brackets like there are tiers in the charity raffle...but usually its a good idea to set a price and stick to it...like i said if not enough kids signup, instead just movin it back, run a mini one for them like a test drive, then wait a week and open up another with a reduced price.
