Can't load the page...Help

When I'm at home, I can't go to mpgh.net because it says the page can't be displayed (other websites work). While I'm at school, mpgh.net works...... Anyone have any ideas what the problem might be?

We have some issues with certain ISPs, idk why. Mine did that for a while and I had to use a proxy for a bit, it has since stopped.

uhh try using a different browser
if ur using firefox try IE or opera, and wise versa
