I only have the above files, not Turkish. I doubt that you could find them, considering its probably not that high of demand. Why did you not buy in Turkish?

i think u didnt understand what ill we do... we want translate black ops to turkish from english.. we cant buy it too cuz treyarch didnt make turkish version of black ops. you know we want to translate of subtitles with language files

if its possible... So main questions are these;

which files has subtitles' text? and how we can open those files? which program?

As posted before you can use FFviewer to open the .ff files. But like I said before, editing these files may or may not have a good result. I would say it could get you banned, but the subs are only in SP so it may not be the case.
