Yes you can, you can use Visual Basics, Visual C++ and basically all of the visual studio but them two are the best... U can find tutorials within MPGH for both programs on how to make hacks and they are pretty simple You should start with Visual Basics as this is less complicating.. Good Luck!!

VB sucks punkbuster when making hacks ... go directly to c++ when making hacks, even if it is harder.
