Something good for the fans of the team. If you think HP is necessary, try the ice bridge. It did not work very well. If you need more AP, a stick to try all persons, more health, more mana, and more AP.

Exhaust/Teleport
Malady -> Sorc Boots -> Nashors -> Phage -> Madreds Bloodrazor -> Frost -> Hextech OR other situational survivability item

Try it out some time, Teemo benefits really well from the defensive tree, Teleporting to mushrooms is just awesome and exhaust + blind helps cancel out enemy carries.

Also I highly suggest NOT buying berserker greaves ever, Unless you intend to sell them later. All boots provide various hard to find stats not found on many items for relatively cheaper prices. Attack speed is abundant and easy to get, which you prob. will stack a lot on Teemo anyways, While you getting dodge %, CC reduction or even more movement speed tends to be NON-EXISTANT on any other item besides boots
(outside of zeals, and dodge% was removed from phantoms)

The magic pen helps a lot with his Q, E, and R and makes his malady + poison devastating early-mid game and helps keep the DPS up, Who needs mobility when W is basically a built in mobility like function and ghost

Its a nice idea if you really think you need the speed, but with mushrooms everywhere, W, and Teleport I've never not missed a chance to gank.

But as long as its not greaves, Its viable and each selection has a good reason behind it :3
