Zombie mode with cheats

Hey all, I've been searching forums but for some reason when me and a friend try to do Zombies with cheats enabled it doesn't work.

We have set Monkey toy to 0 nothing, tried 1, nothing, added sv_cheats to the config's and still nothing, it's a private match but still will not allow us to use any cheats, what gives.

Can anyway shed some light on this subject please?

The console is already fixed! The most "cheats" only work in Solo Zombies

So is there no way to actually use any kinds of cheats like CFG edits or give myself a weapon etc in a private match?

You can bind them to a key in your config, and then use them in game (cheats have to be enabled)

We tried, but it just kept saying Cheats not enabled on this server, even though we've set them up in the CFG and also changed it around like said in the forums. So we are both confused.

You have to have cheats enabled on the map them -.-

Try adding a bind for loading a map with devmap. I think the names for online and SP zombie maps are different though.

Do you have a link to any specific thread that will enlighten me to how to do such things? As All I find are threads saying to change Monkey toy to 0 and add sv_cheats to CFG and make sure vac is off. Maybe I'm just a tad useless. Lol.

Yes, I did, I learnt that whilst doing it for SP. I'm still lost as to why it doesn't wanna do it Privately. =/

Yeah we still get the same problem, just says cheat are not enabled on this server. =/

Yes as I said in the first post, we've both tried hosting, with all the aforementioned edits that are supposed to make it work, hence why we are so stumped.
