• Hover bug fixed (turn hover off b4 deactivate fly mode)
• Small fix for weapon, nade & distance esp

So you have a folder with your hack in it, and you have portal set to inject all the hacks in that folder right? If not first make a file named w/e and put this hack in it, then start up portal, before it starts up combat arms click the left hand corner of the program and go to the preferences. From there choose the file with your hack in it.
