The only thing OP about Ryze is the Ryze Bot in custom games.

With soulstealer around 10 stacks, all I have to do is flash my ult and spam all other abilities. You'll be dead hella fast. No challenge.

Oh what's this, twitch comes up and just blasts you in a 2 second burst + expunge and you're dead? You can say this about most champs Killjoy Especially being fed.

Twitch sucks, imo.

i consider Ryze OP because he is, and the fact that Riot refuses to nerf him. He's one of the oldest champs in LoL.
