[HELP] Im so fucking fucked

Hey guys,
Im Locked out of my account, see what had happened was that. i deleted my old account pokemonboy34 because i made it when i was 7. but someone hacked my account and started using up my GP and NX
so i decided to reset my password. But i had completely forgot that i deleted my email about 1 year ago. Is there anything i can do to get my account back?
i heard nexon was making a system for people locked out of their accounts i just dont know how to go about it.....is there a way to fix this?
