If someone is dumb enough to do this, try opening all 2000some threads you will post in, then type your reply for each one, then start from the first thread, and every 30 seconds hit post. It would be interesting to see how high someone could get. Maybe even then delete all the posts afterward.

I'm pretty sure staff doesn't have the 30 second wait. (In their section at least.) Since I've lined up approvals and posted "/Approved" on a couple threads at once without a 30 second error.

then again.... staff have no 30 Second wait, or any waiting at all to post.
I can make 10 posts in 30 seconds in CA EU and CA NA if i wanted.
