Kalika cases and myst n cases, and speed gears of course
Get bonus EXP+GP passes, and get the UMP45 perm. Also, get a perm pistol if possible. If neither of those is possible, then get a million Kalika cases. Best cases ever.

Buy 1 perm , by like 5 Transport Lockers , 7 black keys , buy a Myst - N. All that adds up to around 45 - 50k.
spend all your money on black hisec keys
